Stephanie Strachan Spoilt for choice when picking a favourite track from this album which, to me, radiates such powerfully raw and pure emotion.

„Take A Long Hard Look“ and „Nothing“ were very close runners-up but, in the end, it had to be „You Threw It All Away“ as it’s just so awesomely good! Favorite track: You Threw It All Away.

Mark Bartholomew Sulpher's original album "Spray" was an excellent slab of Numan/Manson tinged industrial metal and after a lengthy hiatus, Holliday and the boys deliver again with the follow up. A touch more melodic than Spray and in no way a bad thing for it, Sulpher have clearly developed more as songwriters. Excellent stuff all round! Favorite track: Used.

about

Rob Holliday (vocals, guitars ), Steve Monti (drums/programming) have allowed themselves seven years for their comeback album, which was recorded at London’s Winch Studios painstakingly and with a lot of love for detail. On No One Will Ever Know Sulpher have dusted off and modernised their unmistakable signature sound consisting of rock, metal, a little electronica and dreamy shoegaze elements, immortalising it in a rust-covered yet lustrous wide-screen production. Unconstrained anger meets melancholy toughness, atmospheric mental images meet a metallic dirtiness that Sulpher present on songs like the touching ballad ´Tomorrow`, the noisily driving ´Feels Like The End` and the lead single, the title track ´No One Will Ever Know`. The single is supported by an outstanding video clip which illustrates the album’s basic theme in ethereally unreal images.
